The bead-laying machine “Complex 65M2B3-K” consists of transport-cleaning and laying units and platforms for unloading vehicles. It has two unloading platforms, located on both sides of the central conveyor, for unloading flatbed vehicles and coupling road trains (side) and unloading flatbed vehicles, semi-trailers and dump trucks (longitudinal), which work alternately. This type of bead layer began to be mass-produced by our enterprise back in 1980. The first machines of this modification were equipped with lateral and longitudinal dumping platforms with a lifting capacity of only 18 tons and 30 tons, respectively, and also had a short laying conveyor (length 15 m).
